So, I have been sitting on all the film that has been shot in SB. Currently that amounts to about 5 slow months of trying to find a voice down here. Slowing down, focusing on the details and trying to find humanity in a slower paced town. It’s not like people here live differently, it’s more about where they are doing the living. Or, more over, how I represent that life. I am slowly coming to the realization that humans don’t have to be present for humanity to be documented.
